The Meeting Design Weeks bring a Meeting Design certification Level 2 and Meeting Design certification 3 to Copenhagen in Denmark. The courses will be open to professionals like meeting planners, corporate communication managers, live communication designers and trainers and consultants. They will have the opportunity to dive deep into the nature of meetings, and how to design them, as well as receiving their very own copy of the book.
The Meeting Design Weeks are inspired by the content in the acclaimed book “Into the Heart of Meetings” by Eric de Groot and Mike van der Vijver.
Composing a good meeting program, requires an approach that includes three perspectives: The Meeting Owners opinion, the views of Participants and the Meeting’s Content itself. Bring these three together is crucial in designing. Designing is something we can do creatively, as long as we understand how these three perspectives are connected.
Meetings can have a huge impact on the success of an organizations’ strategy. Done well, they can change things pretty drastically. Done poorly, they can ruin the future.
In this course, the Level 3 of Meeting Design, you start making a distinction between meetings that are just a ritual, meetings that are operational, tactical meetings and, of course, strategic meetings. You’ll discover how different they are from a design perspective, and what goes wrong if you, for instance, have an operational program, for a strategic meeting.
