This weekend we have been experimenting in a laboratory of meeting design. People have not come to show their best success experiences, but to test, explore and challenge new ways of inspiring people for better meetings. I have seen a bunch of passionate and creative people involved in meeting design that came with opened minds and a wish for inspiration.
They have put off their masks and shared their hearts open and have trusted them to one another. There has been a lot provocation and very little of “playing it safe”.
We have put things upside down together with our Mindmeeting friends. It was a weekend of tasting contrast where people have tried to find ”the right” recipe for authenticity.
Can we design meetings to be more authentic no matter where we meet and who our audiences are? The magic recipe is not about adding “cool” ingredients, but authenticity is rather about truthfulness that comes from peoples’ hearts…
People are the ones who will make it authentic with the help of meeting designers that can help design programmes that are as “Real” as they could get!
