The aim of the course was to learn how to become a successful Meeting Designer. Congratulations to all 12 attendees!
People came to the course expecting it to be one more, and they were pleasantly surprised, it was not!!. The course is 100% practical and hands on. It is intense in terms of the connection, participation and the experience of it, you are an active part of it. At the end the learning outcome is positive and useful for every day’s meeting professionals. It is so proactive that when you leave the room you start thinking of what you are going to change in your practice.

It was fascinating to attend the Meeting Design Course, Level 1 in Dubai in October 2019. The course was incredibly inspiring and eye-opening. It was very hands-on and practical, while providing a thorough introduction to meeting design. Eric de Groot is a fantastic course instructor. He ensured everyone was involved and engaged through-out the course, and he created an environment in which everyone was comfortable sharing insights and knowledge. The Meeting Design Course Level 1 in Dubai was a great mixture of theory, practice and enlightened us with many ideas that challenged groups. Exercises that happened during this course will change our approach to the way we organise meetings.
It was a great experience attending this course, as I mentioned many times. It is a good detail about mixing theory as a practical and also a very well mix of twelve nationalities among 15 people and knowing them is an interesting experience as well. They gave out suggestions and their solutions and things like that. So it is very good in that sense. It is a great opportunity to come back again to Meeting Design Course Level 2 if possible. You could do it in Dubai it will be much better. It was a great partnership to be in and thank you for being here. Eric de Groot is a very very cool guy and he comes with a great experience. He was able to connect with each and every one. Good job. Keep it up!
The Meeting Desing Course Level 1 was very educational. It has endorsed my past experience with lots of clients and associations that I have dealt with. I think this Meeting Design Course Level 1 is telling us or re-telling us that designing the event or meeting is very important so that you have the right audience and the right message is delivered to the attendees.
I have never joined such a course very interactive and very interesting, very valuable in terms of applying to my profession, as an events planner. The Meeting Design course is a different experience overall, but Eric made it very different. I guess he is the kind of person you do not know what to expect and it`s quite an exciting experience. Eric is really really effective and I liked that. I was very curious about what he is saying next because not on all meetings I would have that kind of experience. He was really really good.
