As a former drama teacher at a school for kids with a development disorder he grew to the profession of strategic meeting activator he nowadays is. In his view it is not about working with his clients, but it is all about the connections with them. It all has to come from the people themselves and Eric de Groot is the one that can inspire a person to move forward.
